From amongst the clerks, care Takers, Kanda men who have an experience of working on either of the aforesaid post for a minimum period of [three years]

By direct appointment provided that upto ten percent of the posts as per instructions of the Government of Punjab issued or upto such percentage of posts as may be specified by it from time to time for the services under it shall be filled in by promotion.
Should have passed Matriculation Examination [in second division or 10+2 examination from the education Board] and should pass a test in typewriting in Punjabi language at a speed of thirty words per minute.
From amongst clss IV Employees working in the committee who have an experience of working as suchas such for minimum period of five years and who are matriculates of the Education Board as pass the typewriting in Punjabi language at a speed of thirty words per minute.

Care Taker
By direct Appointment 
Should have passed Matriculation Examination of the Education Board with atleast fifty per cent marks.
Kanda Man
By direct Appointment 
Should have passed Matriculation Examination of the Education Board with atleast fifty per cent marks.

Plumber
Should have passed Matriculation Examination from education board and should possess diploma in plumber trade of the recognised industrial training Institute.]
9.
Driver
(i) By direct Appointment 

(ii) By transfer on deputation

Should possess driving licence for driving light vehicles

(ii) Should have and experience of driving light vehicle for a period of two years and (iii) Passed metric level exam from education board.

From amongst the drivers working in Department of the Government of Punjab who have an experience of working as such for a minimum period of two years.

Electrician

Should have passed the Matriculation Examination from the Education Board with diploma in Electricity trade of a recognise industrial Training Institute.
11.
Pump Operator
By Direct appointment
Should has passed the Matriculation Examination from the Education Board with diploma in Trade from a recognised Industrial Training Institute.
